経歴

1973年徳島大学大学院栄養学研究科修士課程修了。岐阜大学医学部教授を経て、2005年本学人間生活科学部教授、2007年本学大学院人間生活科学研究科教授、現在に至る。

日本栄養改善学会評議員、日本疫学会、国際疫学学会。医学博士。
