本学法学研究科に英語による修士課程「比較法学コース」を開設！

名古屋経済大学大学院法学研究科は、「アジア戦略」の一環として、教育・研究をすべて英語で行う修士課程「比較法学コース」を新設しました。本プログラムは、JICAが実施するJDS（人材育成奨学計画）と連携し、国際社会で活躍できる法曹リーダーを育成します。

本コースは、「非刑事分野におけるソフトな汚職対策のための人材育成プログラム」をテーマとして2024年に開設が決定されました。法の支配に基づく国づくりに貢献し、アジア地域をはじめ世界で重要な役割を担う次世代の法曹人材の育成を目的としています。

2025年9月には、第1期生としてウズベキスタン政府関係機関からのJDS留学生等を迎え、本学として初めての秋学期入学式を挙行します。これにより、本学は国際的な教育ネットワークを一層拡充し、実務に直結する高度な法学教育を提供してまいります。

Opening of the LL.M. Program in Comparative Law at the Graduate School of Law

As part of Nagoya University of Economics’ “Asian Strategy,” the Graduate School of Law has launched a new English-language LL.M. Program in Comparative Law. Developed in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the Japan Development Scholarship (JDS) Program, this initiative aims to train legal professionals capable of contributing to the global community.

Formally titled Human Resource Development for Soft Anti-Corruption Measures in Non-Criminal Fields, the program was approved in 2024. Its mission is to cultivate future legal leaders who can advance nation-building based on the Rule of Law and take on key roles in Asia and beyond.

In September 2025, the program will welcome its first cohort of JDS fellows and other students from government agencies in Uzbekistan, marking the university’s first-ever Fall Semester Entrance Ceremony. Through this program, NUE strengthens its international academic network and delivers advanced legal education directly connected to practical needs.
